Step 1: Book Online or Call
Book through our website or call 1-800-420-1450. Tell us what bike you have and what’s wrong. We’ll quote you a price and schedule a time.
Step 2: We Come to You
Our service van arrives at your home, workplace, or wherever your bike is parked. We service the entire Phoenix metro area — from Scottsdale to Avondale, Chandler to Peoria.
Step 3: Diagnostics
We run a full diagnostic on your e-bike or scooter. For electric bikes, this includes battery health, motor performance, controller diagnostics, and drivetrain inspection. We explain what we find before doing any work.
Step 4: Repair or Service
We carry essential parts in our van — brake pads, tires, tubes, chains, cables. Most same-day services are completed on the spot. For major repairs requiring special parts, we’ll order and schedule a follow-up visit.
Step 5: Test & Go
We test everything before we leave. Brakes, throttle, display, shifting — you test ride it right there. If it’s not perfect, we fix it before we pack up.
